Rope Slip Dog Lead

This robust handmade rope slip lead is made from strong, hardwearing 10 mm poly hemp. It is often used on traditional sailing craft, because it looks like traditional hemp.

We think it is ideal for beach walks with your salty sea dog. It has nautical turks head knots and splices. There is a fixed Turks Head knot purely for decoration at the handle end and the other is a sliding one.

The two tapered eye splices form the handle and the loop.

It is easy to use, quick to put on and off. No fiddling with catches. The sliding knot is a stopper to help to keep the loop in place, so it acts as a collar.

We make this slip lead in two sizes.
